Ingredients :
- 2 tablespoons Arhar dal (Split Toor Dal)
- 1 cup Tamarind Water Drumstick Leaves (Moringa/Murungai Keerai)
- one bunch of five cloves of Garlic
- beaten Salt
- as required Asafoetida (hing)
- a pinch 2 teaspoon Rasam/soup Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder For Tempering
- 1 teaspoon of Sunflower Oil
- half a teaspoon of Mustard seeds
- 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
- 1 sprig of Curry leaves
How to make Murungai Keerai Rasam Recipe
- To begin making Murungai Keerai Rasam Recipe wash the tur dal and strain put together dinner the dal at the side of some water for 3 whistles and flip off the flame.
