Temperature-Controlled Packaging
A temperature-controlled packaging charge is automatically applied at checkout for frozen and fresh items. This must be paid to complete your order.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please ensure someone is available to receive your order on the delivery day, as couriers are unable to wait. Missed deliveries can cause delays and complications.
Perishable Items
Refunds cannot be processed for perishable items if a parcel is uncollected, refused, or delivery is missed. Due to the nature of these products, this policy is non-negotiable.
Returns
Returns are processed once we receive and inspect the item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Out-of-Stock Items
If a product you've ordered is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you to arrange a suitable alternative. If we are unable to reach you, your order may be placed on hold. In some cases, a similar item may be added to ensure your order meets the minimum value for free delivery.
Pricing
Price Marked Packs are intended for in-store retail. Our online price reflects handling, secure packaging, and delivery costs. The final price is displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Weekend Delivery
Weekend delivery must be selected at checkout; otherwise, your order will default to the next available working day.
