We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team in overseeing operations during designated shifts. As a Shift Manager, you’ll be working closely with the staffs to bridge and create a great working environment influencing all your team members to deliver a great experience to our customers.



Key Responsibilities


  • Supervise and coordinate staff activities during shifts
  • Ensure efficient food production and service
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
  • Assist in training and development of team members
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly
  • Oversee inventory management and stock control


Qualifications


  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, ideally in a hotel or restaurant setting
  • Knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Understanding of food safety regulations
  • Ability to work well under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively


Pay


£24,000-£29,000 per annum
