We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team in overseeing operations during designated shifts. As a Shift Manager, you’ll be working closely with the staffs to bridge and create a great working environment influencing all your team members to deliver a great experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate staff activities during shifts
- Ensure efficient food production and service
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Assist in training and development of team members
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly
- Oversee inventory management and stock control
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, ideally in a hotel or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively

£24,000-£29,000 per annum
