Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure seamless customer experience


Skill Requirement


  • Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar sales role
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
  • Solid understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

£24,000-£27,000 per annum
