Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure seamless customer experience
Skill Requirement
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar sales role
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
