Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
Lead the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure seamless customer experience
Skill Requirement
Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar sales role
Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
Solid understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Pay
£24,000-£27,000 per annum
