Overview


We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Staff member to join our shop's team. In this role, you will assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, help with customer engagement strategies, and support daily marketing operations. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager to drive sales and promote our products through in-store and digital initiatives.



Key Responsibilities


  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events.
  • Help create marketing materials, including social media posts, flyers, in-store signage, and digital ads.
  • Assist with loyalty programs, customer surveys, and promotional outreach efforts to improve customer retention.
  • Monitor and update social media platforms with engaging content to boost online presence and attract customers.
  • Help organize in-store promotions, product demos, and community events to increase foot traffic.
  • Assist in collecting data from marketing campaigns and customer feedback to support future strategies.
  • Work with other departments such as sales and operations to ensure consistent branding and promotion of key products.


Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is a plus).
  • Previous experience in marketing, customer service, or retail is preferred.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and basic knowledge of digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Creative thinking and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


Pay


£22,000-£25,000 per annum
